The patient is a 56 year old male who presented to the ED via LEO under IVC with Homicidal thoughts of harming his brother with an axes. The patient denies suicidal ideation and symptoms of psychosis. The patient denies depressive symptoms. The patient reports conflict between his brother and him as the primary contributing factor to his distress. The patient does not appear to be responding to any internal stimuli.

During the time of the assessment the patient presents calm, 4X oriented, good eye contact, appropriate affect and speech.The patient reports he has a history of bipolar and current receives services from Dr. Thomas who works for Daymark recovery services in Archdale, NC. The patient reports he is compliant with all his current
