The patient is a 57 year old male who presented to the ED under IVC paperwork through Randolph Health and Rehabilitation Center. The patient assaulted his roommate with a cell phone cover, which resulted in multiple lacerations on the individual. Patient denies suicidal ideations or symptoms of psychosis.

During the time of the assessment the patient was wake and calm. When the patient was asked about his current mood, he reports that his is fine. The patient reports that he was brought in to the hospital because of his assault on his roommate. The patient reports that he does not like his roommate because he is a "brown nose", which he meant by other terms as nosy. The patient reports that he has been having conflict with his roommate for
