What is an integumentary disease? Well, the integumentary is the hair, skin, or nails. There are thousands of skin diseases. An integumentary disease is a disease of the skin. For example, there are different skin cancers, warts, eczema, and psoriasis. Along with the thousands of diseases are also all of the treatments to help with the diseases. There are many treatments for the diseases some diseases have ten treatments. One of the main skin diseases is psoriasis. First, psoriasis is an inflammatory disease of the skin, it makes the skin itchy and red, and can sometimes cause joint problems. The chances of it, causing joint problems are forty percent out of a hundred and can be even lower. Some people can have a mild case of psoriasis and others can have it all of their lives.
