Biblical Psalm 63 is a psalm of David, when he was in the desert of Judah to escape from Saul. When David encountered resistance and lost battle to his enemy. He prayed to god, asking god to help him. David believe that the Lord will help him to win. At the same time, it also shows that god is with all of us. Only by god, we can prevail in the world. All the words in the psalm are about the joy, appreciation and gratefulness to the God.
