Briefly discuss your prototype Evaluation strategy. Did you use Formative? Summative? Both?
I uses summative strategy for my training. Because all my students are educators; and they have the abilities to finish the basic training. I don't need to push them to keep on track every sections. So, I only need to do summative evaluation after training.

I learned about how motivation effect on the quality of training. The evaluation part helps me to focus on how to keep my students engaged and how to motivate them to learn proactively.
