A 20-year-old male in town for the holidays. He is a freshmen at [Place] College in [Place]. He apparently is having a lot of frequent urination problems, and decreased erectile function back in mid-October. He saw [Name]. The symptoms actually started in September, but he did not seek _____ until October. He was placed on doxycycline for presumptive diagnosis of prostatitis. His mother called and wanted me to look at him. At this point he says his symptoms have resolved. He feels like he goes to the bathroom a little more frequently than others, people his age, but that has been a life-long tendency. His erectile issues have resolved. He feels fine. No pain, or discomfort. He has now been on doxycycline _____ b.i.d.
