There were many pros and cons of the Industrial Revolution from pollution to higher employment rate. One of the Improvements was with the new factory system being built many new opportunities for jobs in the factory were popping.Mainly jobs in product of textile but jobs in pottery, paper, glass and iron in the iron works. the workers operated machines like Spinning Jenny, Water Frame and Spinning Mule, or weaving equipment ( Scott Thomson). Yes this was good for the production of these products but the factory’s were crawling with diseases so many workers were getting sick and dying. The factory owners also didn’t think about the pollution that was being put in the air. With all of these new inventions and technology in the production
