In Conclusion; attorney client relationship is all most like a marriage, you are bind to respect each other a until your contract is void. I actually have mix feeling on attorney client privileges. First I believe that an attorney and his client should have trust between them before an attorney take on a case. The second is whenever a life or death is involved in the case and the client has released that information to his attorney, I think the attorney should bring closure to the surviving family.
