Adrenal exhaustion takes you out of the game. You lose energy. You lose your job sometimes. You have no ability to run or play anymore with family. You’re just tapped out. Get an endocrinologist, preferably someone who is not strictly a numbers man or woman and find out if there are any serious identifiable things going on. Document it. Then, if you find nothing or if in your heart you feel as I do that it isn’t anxiety and depression that is the thing to be treated solely but needs to be done with treatment for the adrenals, then go for it.
