Samset has explained that success can be viewed from three different perspectives; operational (the project outputs), tactical (the project goal) and strategic (the project purpose). Based on Samset‟s descriptions,these perspectives are explained further below.
The operational view is measured according to whether the project was completed on time, within costs and to the expected quality.
