When we think about biology must of us settle that is cells, membranes, and the function, structure and evolution of living beings, that is correct; then as science we all conclude that it must be perfect, but like everything all that is created can have its wrongness. An example of it, is progeria. First of all, to understand better about this disease, we have to know from where it came from and where it happens this imperfection, and why it happens. To begin with, this disease manifest in the nuclear membrane or as many people refer to as, the nuclear envelope. The nuclear envelope comes from the eukaryotic cell; this nucleus contain two membranes that are near to each other, also has nuclear pores, laminas, ribosomes; anyway it contains what most cells has in; likewise, inside the nucleus you can find approximately 99% of DNA that is the genetic material of this type of cell.
