The following evidence is my Professional Development and Meeting Journal. As an educator, it is crucial to constantly engage in professional learning (6.2.2). The evidence shows my participation in learning programs. Targeted training in WHS, fire safety and First Aid training allows me to update my knowledge and professional needs in accordance with my College (6.2.2). Attending weekly staff and grade meeting indicate my updated knowledge of school systems such as programming, assessments and behaviour management policies (6.2.2). As an educator, it is important for me to contribute to collegial discussions to improve professional knowledge and practice (6.3.2).
