If nurses and other healthcare personnel were held to higher accountability standards and were honest about actions that were even minor in the wrong, quality of care could possibly reach an all-time high of improvement. Those minor wrongs could teach the upcoming wave of nurses a lesson and the same mistakes could be avoided and pave the way for more efficient healthcare delivery. In response to better quality of care, the access to care will improve because there will be more opportunities for more healthcare settings, which also allows for more personnel and job opportunities. Then in response to more healthcare settings, cost of care would improve because there will be various places one could seek care and avoid unnecessary
