Productive Leader

An productive leader is determined as a person who is looked up to by others. But it is not just someone who is looked up upon by other but he/she has to know the human nature and be able to stop conflict very quickly and efficiently. There is a very small majority of people who think that when people are born that they are leaders but in actuality they aren't, if you practice and do your home and study very hard you will achieve goals that you set for yourself. If one of your goals is to become a leader of your school or your local church then work hard and you will achieve it. You can not be a good leader if you are not commuting your time, talent, and treasure, and not that many people have the basics correct to become a good leader. Some people don't have the confidence to go up on a stage or in a public place and say their ideas to a crowd or a community. If you lack confidence then you won't be a successful leader. In order to set direction and lead, a leader needs to put the impression on of that he/she is comfortable and confident in his/her position as leader. A leader influences people and has a lot of power to change the view of the situation. A converse to that is if a bad leader creates a situation that threats his people and does not fix it fast then there could be chaos. A leader will be most victorious when he can combine all three tactics in to one.
