Biff was sad that his father was gone. Biff remembered the happy memories of his father, like how Willy would work on the house after work, and was good at it too. Biff also realized Willy’s harsh reality, how he had the wrong dreams, and was delusional of the reality about a lot of aspects of his life, and his problems finally caught up to him until it was all too much for him to bear. Happy was delusional, too. He kept talking about his prospects for success, and did not realize the reality of his situation either. Linda was living in denial of her husband’s death. She could not believe that Willy is gone, and says that it seems like he is just gone for a business trip and will return soon. Linda is unable to cry because of how surreal this entire situation is. To make the timing even more tragic, Linda had sent in the final payment for the house the day they buried Willy. It also did not help that I read the book several months ago and I a difficult time remembering some of the details. It was interesting, but not something I would read more than
