The thrust of this case was based on the theory implementation of how they could make positive change to the function of HIS. I have observed that it will be very important in my reporting to first divert a bit and just highlight my understanding of the concept of job enrichment and this will lead us to know how it featured in this study and how are the principles of goal setting applied in this case .As i shall address the various hows,what and why of the case Please accept. My simple defination of Job enrichment. This is the concept of allowing the employers to have the full autonomy to exercise their duties with minimum control but be very answerable and responsible. This can have positive and adverse effects on the organisation. It is for this reason and many more that as a manager you must have a third eye to see through the happenings of the practices the organisation can be undergoing through and then make decision on informed data. In this matter we shall have an analytical view of how the job enrichment was carried out in this particular organisation 's case study by looking at the solutions brought out in the study. …show more content…
The goals of the HIS are much far reaching considering that this is a healthy service provider and there various changes that are subject to the organisation considering so many facets of the needs at stark in the industry. There is however on factor to note and that is a fact that change in this industry is enavitable and is constant to the demands of the client and the by-laws instituted in this particular land. The goals the set must be in tendum with the demands of the service provision.
