Following the report, Pret a Manger is a healthy foods company with clear goals and values trying to leverage organizational hiring decisions based on customer focus and administrative focus. To fulfill this purpose, the company peers the prospective employees with resident ones to test their adherence to the company’s goals. This focus is designed to portray group dynamics (Forsyth, 2006).
A group (Forsyth, 2006), is defined as two or more people connected by social relationships. A more refined definition by
