Experience has a structure. A person’s thoughts and memories have a pattern, or structure, to them. If the structure is changed, one’s own experience will automatically change. NLP approach is that anything one can do is learnable. Hence, performance can be modelled and transferred. NLP can be applied in a vast amount of areas such as personal development, sales, coaching, leadership, health, and sports, just to name a few.
In this report, we will examine two concepts of NLP, Presuppositions and Rapport Building, and provide some examples of their applications in our life.

However, I was only able to fully appreciate the extent to which the flight characteristics were affected when I experiment with different wing configurations, such as dihedral, polyhedral, straight wing, and many more, in my aero models and test flight them. gives the impression that we are similar to them, they are essential in order to establish a connection with that person.
Along with matching, pacing and leading are the other elements in rapport building. A leading statement is something you want others to accept without judgement though they could dispute if they thought about it. However, leading cannot happen without pacing. Pacing works by getting the mind of the subject into a pattern of accepting what is being said, this is the perfect time to introduce the lead or leading statement.
From this, I have learnt that in order to fully understand something tactical, I need to take the initiative to step up and try them myself. By applying the knowledge obtained practically, I will be able to master the art behind the concepts learnt and be able to teach

A person’s mindset can be described as their attitude and the way that person views the world and life. In the short stories, “Seeing” by Annie Dillard and “This is Water” by David Foster Wallace, both authors explore how having different observations and ways of thinking can change someone’s mindset and attitude. In comparison, “Seeing by Annie Dillard”, shows how vision can either cloud or open the mindset of the bigger picture. However, “This is Water” by Foster Wallace, shows that focusing on oneself and neglecting others, can lead to a repetitive negative mindset of the world. Using vision and thought, you can drastically change the mindset and attitude that you see in the world.…

Chapter 9 in Tools for Mindful Living is about witnessing your thoughts. When we let our thoughts control our experiences, we ultimately alter that experience. Negative thinking is never the way to go when completing a task; all it does it put negative energy all around you and once you start thinking that all you are going to do is fail, then that is likely what is going to end up happening. Napoli mentions that we all have a ‘Mindless Monster’ who keeps us “stuck in the past or obsessing about the future. Fear prevents us from embracing the present moment.”…
