Part 3.1: Policy Safety 1: Rebuilding, Monitoring and Assessments of Building Safety
The council will grant planning permission for the development where safety will be maintained and enhanced, with its main focuses on:
Rebuilding damaged buildings by flooding or other disasters which improve their quality of safety to live in, and to ensure safety is valued during the development.
Ensuring that the quality of buildings will be monitored on its structure and the area around.
Safety assessments will be done strict and regularly to prevent or minimize impacts of the issue.
The purpose of the policy is to protect the safety of the general public during disastrous events, and to keep the impact on human lives and property loss to be at minimum. Safety quality on the building structure and the nearby areas will also be enhanced to keep the community safe and further protecting the area and equipping it to have enough abilities to defend or recover from hazards in the future.
Part 3.2: Policy Sustainability 1: Achieving a sustainable society and living place
The council will grant planning permission for the development where safety will be maintained and enhanced, with its main focuses on:
Promoting education about sustainability to all levels of students.
Providing professional vocational training to the public.
Minimizing carbon emission as well as emission of other greenhouse gases to minimize the impacts
