Rationale: Math is all around us, and in everything we do. The purpose of this unit is for the children to gain positive experiences to develop natures such as rote counting, identify family members, identify the number 6, tell how the number six is form and give its concept. The children will also learn how to picture read and discuss about the graph. They will learn to trace, write, and match the numbers to its value.
