Converting an interview into a job offer is needed in getting a job. According to Yate, (2012) an individual switches jobs in every four years in their work life. This means that job search and interview skills come in handy in the work life of any individual. The reason people go to an interview is to get a job offer. Pay, benefits, work life balance only matter when a job offer is placed on the table. Interviewers are eager to find a person they can hire soonest. This paper is a reflection of practice interview and mock interview.
