Postpartum: Anxiety And Stress With Physical Weaknesses

Whatever the type of childbirth, the mother feel tired and physically weakness. It is normal that bleeding continuous for few weeks but new mothers they thinking they have serious problem. Also, they think their birth was not done correctly, the doctor is not skillful, or there is problem in wound healing. All this ideas anxiety, thinking, and stress with physical weakness all of this lead to develop risk factors of postpartum.
