The Industrial Revolution marks a significant point in the world history. It means that such industrial revolution affected every aspect of the normal life. It had an influence on most of the citizens in the United States. It’s after the civil war that people in the United States felt an impact for the industrialization. These were both positive and negative effects. These effects were felt on politics, society, and economy. Rich people were excluded from the list, and it only affected those that were in middle class and the poor. The immigrants, African-Americans, farmers and the women right. Those people in the lower class were highly affected as they were also many in the society as a result of the increased professional employment that had led to increased demand for employees. For the immigrates they had low salaries as compared to Americans who had better wages. The also had to work and live in the same area. They were not allowed to move from their field of operation to other areas in the country. For the women, they could hold any jobs before the civil war. For those were lucky to have jobs, they experienced low salaries. They worked for long hours and yet they received similar salaries all time. For men, they had some benefits that were not experienced by women. For the farmers, they could enjoy industrialization as it highly supported agricultural sector. There were more jobs created, and there was technology advancement. More industries came up, and this gave room for the job. The technology was advanced and people could perform tasks more efficiently and at a fast rate. More goods were also produced in the same time frame and this meant high sales and thus increased revenue. For the remunerations, they were done according to the academic performances. As a result, for many people in America were forced to go back to school. Those people that were more educated, or those whose academic performances were good, used to get high salaries as compared to those that had a low level of education. There were some adverse effects that were experienced as a result of the industrialization. One of the major effects was that working conditions were poor. Some people were paid low salaries while they used to work for long hours. This mainly happened to women. There was discrimination, and they were paid low wages as compared to men, yet they performed similar tasks.
