Ponyboy Monologue

Ponyboy and I were walking through a local park. Then all of a sudden we seen, two Socs, Bob and Randy. They walked up to us just to start drama. As usual Bob said, ‘’greasers, who will we start with first?’’ I was so scared, I can’t even blink. They grabbed Ponyboy and pushed him to the fountain. Bob shoved Ponyboy’s head into the fountain and started to drowning him. I tried to hold back the tears as I ran up to Bob. When I was done with him I seen the other Socs running in panic. I got Ponyboy to wake up. Ponyboy looked up at me and said, ‘’what happen?’’

I repiled, I killed him. I, I, I killed him. Ponyboy you don’t understand. He was drowning you! Oh, Ponyboy what should we do?’’

Ponyboy was still fast asleep, so I decided to go to the store. I bought a week’s supply of baloney, Gone With The Wind, because Ponyboy wants to read it, bleach, and peroxide. I also bought candy bars and cigaraettes and a lot more. When I got back to the church, I did the greaser whistle. When I looked up I saw Ponyboy. ‘’Funny seeing you here?’’ Ponyboy said with a grin. Hes starting to sound like Two Bit more and more everyday I thought. Once Ponyboy and I got inside the church I showed him everything I bought. Last but not least, I pulled out the bleach. ‘’Ponyboy we are going to cut are hair and you are going to bleach yours. I would bleach mine but my hair is to dark, so it won’t work.

‘’No, no, no! I’m not cutting my beautiful hair. BEsides I look better with long hair,’’ Ponyboy said. I finally persuaded him to let me cut his hair. We both washed our hair and then I slowly took out my blade. Next, I gently and carefully cut his hair. I bleached it when I was done. Then, I looked straight at his big green eyes and said ‘’cut my hair’’, hoping he wouldn’t mess it up. I felt extreamly bad for cutting his hair, so I looked right at his green eyes that were now sheding
