INTRODUCTION: For the success of travel and tourism industry, stable political environment plays an important role. On the other hand instability in the political environment would raise the insecurity and overall risk for the visit of the tourist in that country. Terrorism activities are one the example of political instability that reduces the amount of the tourists. Another major issue with political instability is the creation of negative publicity for a tourism destination. It is obvious that before making tourism plan the tourists always examine the political stability of that particular place and if found secured then only implemented their plan. Security and safety is the priority basis of tourists.

The political leaders consider the tourism in Asia as the bridge between the nations, which helps the countries to get into different alliances with neighboring countries. The policies set by the government related to develop the tourism has a great impact on their economical growth. Setting up these policies is also a political activity. These policies show the values and distribution of power and decision making of the government. These affect the tourism industry. For Example in UK the political system of the government helps to develop policies, which help to encourage tourism and to grow this sector. This is the only reason that tourism is more popular in this part of the world. Similarly in Thailand the number of tourist arrivals from Europe, Japan and other countries fell down, because the tourist did want to visit the place where insecurity is …show more content…
The data of tourism stated that the China has contributed of about $600 millions in United Kingdom’s tourist sector. The increase of tourist has been noted with 112% for the year. This is because of the strong political stability of the UK. The government of United Kingdom has contributed a lot in the promotion of the tourism tours to London lie major cities in countries and also offering them the facilities to outer business to grow with them. The government of United Kingdom is supporting the tourism in a large scale and also provides them the facilities required by them. This enhance the feeling of safe and security in the minds of the tourist hence the growth of the tourists increase. The support of Government to Chinese has enhanced the transportation between both countries. The China and UK has no shared to conflicts in decisions and processes.
