They believe that states should fund all mandates. Pre-k and kinder unlike the republicans should be mandatory to help ensure a good head start. Bilingual classes are encouraged through the democratic party. Democrats believe in early intervention in such, alternative schools should not be for “trivial misconduct” (DP) but form more serious cases and they should also provide adequate education. They strongly push the idea of counselors and psychiatrist in the school system as a way to guide the youth before imprisonment is necessary. Along with student concerns, the democratic party seems to be largely concerned with attracting educational instructors and keeping them interested in their positions.
