As Sneaky Pete’s defense attorney, what would you suggest as a possible plea bargain to resolve the case against him? If I were Sneaky Pete’s attorney I would also offer a program that would help Pete and keep him off the street and help him learn the importance of having and education and having some kind of life skill to make it in the world today. He never had the right guidance by his mother or father so maybe by giving him the right guidance can influence him a lot to changes his ways. I would also offer the CBCF because it teaches him all the skill need to be a man on his own.
Chris, why should I take a risk on this guy by not sending him to prison? Should I take a risk on Sneaky and agree to probation? Chris needs to make sure that he addresses the reason why Pete should not go prison. I would address the fact that he has never had anyone around to help him go down the right path. I would suggestion what I through might be best for Pete going to prison might not be the best thing for him. He will be able to and education but will he get the right guidance. I think putting him in The CBCF program with kids that are his age and where they will help him under the value of life and also work with him to get and education.
