Playing My Bass Research Paper

Decent Essays
Beside the thought of food, another goal that I look at is going back to playing my bass. A hobby I have not touched since the day I returned home from San Francisco. Now, it is sitting next to the amp in the closet collecting dust. I am not worried about the dust on the bass since it is inside a case; the amp on the other hand, needs a little dusting. Ever since I have been focus on work and education, I rarely think about a healthy way to keep my mind busy. Once the day is done, I spend most of my time watching movies or television shows. So, I came up with a few ideas on time management and pick up the hobby again. (1) Pick a day or a certain time to practice, (2) refrain from binge watching, and (3) relearn the bass, with breaks in between.

I plan to change my behavior by resolving to eat significantly less sugar than I currently do. On Lab 1.2, my nutrition score was two out of ten (2/10). I eat few fruits and vegetables, I never consider how many saturated or trans fats I consume and I eat copious amounts of sugar on a daily basis. The only reason I achieved a score of two is because I rarely skip meals, preferring to eat continuously. Despite these bad habits, I am not overweight.…
