The issue on assisted suicide has hardly any debate in religions such as those found spread out in the United States which consist of different races, with similar views and also some that differentiate. Religious groups believe that “life was granted as a sacred gift from God and one's fate should be determined by Him” (Unknown, 2013) They share this belief because it comes as part of the teachings being handed down through generations. Di Camillo, a catholic thinker along with others say that “we don't give enough attention to people near the end of life because we're afraid of the end of life and don't want to come to grips with it”. Their beliefs on assisted suicide goes no further into the arguments but suggest that it can be addressed with better palliative and psychological care. Hinduism, another major religion that was established in the Middle East and spread across the world, believe the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence are viewed as the energy created that's set on deciding their fate in future existences.
