I have always been good at sports at my young age, however, I was struck down by complicated fracture on my leg at just 11 years old. I was suddenly unable to even walk and had been in bed for one whole month before undergoing two surgeries. My physiotherapist worked tirelessly with me, day in and day out, for a full year. She has also taxed my fears and depression in each training. Was it not for the patience and skills of my physiotherapist, I may not recover so quickly, for both physically and psychologically. It is this experience that let me know how important physiotherapist is to a patient on the road to recovery and has led me to want to study physiotherapy so that I can help other people go through their lowest point during the recovery period in the same way that I was helped.

This well social atmosphere can provide with a healthy learning environment. Besides, about 25% of Curtin University students are from overseas. The large number of students from different cultural backgrounds can offer a true multi-cultural learning experience. Moreover, hydrotherapy is included in the curriculum of the physiotherapy course of Curtin University which is seldom provided by other universities. Together with the high-quality teaching and comprehensive equipment in Curtin University, physiotherapy graduates do not only have a high standard of the profession but can also immediately devote and adapt to the working environment. On top of that, the five core values that Curtin University upholds are all essential for being a physiotherapist. Therefore, I believe studying physiotherapy at Curtin University would provide me a better learning experience and can allow me to become a successful
