Land is one of the main factors that contributes to physical barrier since some of the species are constrained in specified geographic factor and also some physical conditions. Land bridges that usually exist in order to enhance connectivity between two given places. There may be a physical barrier due to topography among other for instance the bridge between Alaska and Siberia. This bridge for instance allows both the plants and animals to immigrate between the two lands. The faunal and floral are visible from the land bridge between Alaska and Siberia.
3. Differentiate between tundra and taiga?
Taiga is considered to be at a lower latitudes than tundra. Taiga thus gets more direct access to the sunlight. This in return makes Taiga to have a higher temperature. Taiga also have more plant life as compared to tundra. The temperature difference has a great impact on the plant life.
