Counselor received the physical capacities assessment form back from Fran's primary doctor, Dr. Chirco. The form states that she is diagnosed with 1)lumbar pain, 2) radiculopathy, which is a pinched nerve that occurs when too much pressure is applied to a nerve by surrounding tissues, such as bones, cartilage, muscles or tendons, 3) Anterior Tibial Tendonitis which is a muscle that originates in the upper two-thirds of the lateral surface of the tibia and inserts into the medial cuneiform and first metatarsal bones of the foot, and 4) a bone spur which is an outgrowth of bone that can occur along the edges of a bone.
