Exercise is imperative for young people because studies show that those who exercise just 20 minutes a day can improve their memory and have a decreased chance of being depressed. After completing this project, there are some flaws and some things I would change. During the experiment, the materials that were first used did not work (bungee cord, tape, part of an old hat).
