Forexample, Afflation B1, Hepatitis B virus (HBV) ,and hepatitis C virus (HCV).Afflation B1 is a toxic substance and harmful to the liver and exposure to it continuously cause liver cancer and some of fungus secrets the Aflatoxin B1. The Hepatitis B virus can cues a chronic inflammation to the liver which increase the risk of liver cancer. Also can cause cirrhosis. Hepatitis C virus leads to risk for liver damage .Like scarring, primary biliary, and cancer .

Patient that handle with chronic disease face a lot of financial issues. Sometimes the patient cannot pay for the medical bills because the expensive cost of the drug."13% of patients had to borrow money from their relatives". Also the financial stress can leads the patient to debt because the patient cannot cover the cost of food and transportation. Liver cancer patient may face reduction in employment and income because of the physical effect. The patient may not be able to go to the work. As a result, that leads to expulsion from work. Second , the minor social effect of liver cancer patient is dependence the patient on his family and therefore , will reflect on his feelings of weakness and helplessness
