In order to recertify you have to go to the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Website (http://www.ptcb.org/ ) to submit your online application.
Before submitting your online application make sure that you have obtained the required 20 hours of continuing education.
You are eligible to recertify 100 days prior to the expiration of your certification.
It is recommended that you begin the recertification process at least 30 days from the certification expiration date, to ensure that your recertification is processed on time.
You must obtain the 20 hours of continuing education with the 2 year period that your certification is active.
It is required to have :
1 hour of Pharmacy Law
1 hour of Patient Safety
