The Annual American Association of Petroleum Geologist (AAPG) Convention is an invaluable opportunity for my professional development because I will present a poster with results of my master project that is related with unconventional lacustrine reservoir at the Uinta Basin (Utah, USA). This reservoir is one of the most important lacustrine dolomite reservoir in the world because of its estimated oil and gas resources that, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), these dolomites contain 117 million barrels of oil and 218 billion cubic feet of gas.
