Dear Professor Liz,
The Affiliation Agreement of my facility is not ready but it will be ready in 1-2 weeks. In addition, in my facility, all my managers are new and they work in the facility less than 1 years. The one I can find have BSN and work in my facility over 2 years is one of charge nurses. She has worked at my facility for 3 years but just works as a charge nurse for 2-3 months. Could I opt her as my mentor? Is it ok for you to let me start the course with you?
