Death is inevitable. Any creature that is born into this world arrives with an expiration date. It could be as soon as they were born or in a hundred years. Death is a sad and an unwanted event, which almost no one knows how to perfectly cope with. There are numerous remedies to numb oneself from the pain but none that is acceptable for you, physically, mentally or emotionally. People seem to face losing a person with an attitude they obtained from their first experience. With that being said, the death of your loved one is always an unexpected hardship that you might not know how to handle. For example, when a person passes away to the other side, emotions can begin to swarm at any moment. As a matter if fact, several people will have emotions such as denial, anger and/or depression. The real question that will never be answered is why? Why is loosing a loved one so difficult? Countless of people, who have lost a loved one in their life, would love to know the answer. Losing a loved one can happen at any moment in time, whether it’s an elderly, reaching that age or a child barely out of the womb. First, you need to accept the truth that you loved has, in fact, passed away. Granted that, you lost somebody, acceptance is the first step to healing. Second, it is normal to feel anger when you’re dealing with somebody’s death, letting out this emotion is the best way to cope with losing a person, but try the healthiest option in doing so. Lastly, there is nothing that can help you overturn the situation and yourself is not to blame. Coping with death is tough, but following these steps, you properly heal from your loved one 's
