When you play you can let your emotions out on the court and just be yourself. At the same time you can also get injured along the way.You can have broken ankles or even sprain something, but that´s just putting in hard work. When you start to make shots you feel your heart to run even faster because you're feeling excited. I know when I make a shot on the court I start to feel like i´m going have a heart attack because it felt good. Before you make shots, you're going to miss a lot of them, Michael Jordan said, ¨ I´ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. When you're inside a intense basketball game and your team is winning and coach bring you out, when you sit down for like a minute you start to get bored. Like a really bad injury an athlete never wants to get is a torn ACL. It´s a ligament you never want to torn every in your life. If you ever do your season for any sport is over and it takes awhile to recover. Players get angry and start to rush shots and make bad decisions in the game.
