For example, Burke being innocent makes sense when they say nine year-olds are not complicated enough for murder but when you look at the facts he is obviously guilty. He was one of the the three people that could have killed Jon Benet in the house (Nikki Swift). Jon Benet did not kill herself so either Burke killed her or the parents killed her. In addition, while at one point it might have been true that Burke did not do the crime the evidence shows that he is most definitely guilty. Burke Ramsey’s behavioral issues had a big role in the murder (CNN, 2013). Burke was almost special needs and did not get help. Also, Burke not doing it is an understatement. He was not tried for the murder of his little sister Jon Benet Ramsey (bio.com,2009). His parents were not letting the police investigate.
