Sport Drinks are Good for you

There’s so many sport drinks that athletes like to drink. But why do they drink those, when there's water? What is so good about the other drinks than water? What is the difference better the sport drinks? & What do people prefer more? Well all these questions, has been answered by people that follow me on instagram. People have said they drink sport drinks, like powerade , gatorade, and vitamin water , because it hypes them up.

In my hypothesis, I thought if people drink powerade, then their endurance will increase, because they have more electrolytes in it. PowerAde would have the most electrolytes, and water would have some electrolytes. I was exactly right. PowerAde had the most of all and water had a total
