I am sister to Mike and Jennifer, I am God's girl, I am a teacher, I am a student, I am a friend, I am a neighbor. There are so many aspects to who I am. Some aspects of who I am are changeable, right now I am a teacher in corrections, I used to be a Kindergarten teacher. Right now I am a neighbor, I live by others, that could change if I move to a more rural area. Right now I am a student at Colorado Christian University, that will change when I achieve my degree. As stated before, the core of who I am is God's creation, that will never change. I will always the mom of Andrew and Danny, they are also God's creation and I was predestined by God to be their mom. My children are from God, John 1:17 ESV states "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change." The bible states in Ephesians "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. 2:10 ESV" In this verse the bible gives the direction of the good works God prepared for me beforehand, God prepared the good of who I am now, a mom, a daughter, a teacher, a friend. Who am I? I am also a survivor, a recovering alcoholic, and sometimes prone to self-doubt, anxiety, and depression. God gives me the grace to bring me back to who I am in Him, Isaiah 55:6-7 states "Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thought; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon." All of who I am goes back to the core of who I am, I am a child of God who is good; furthermore, bringing renewal and reconciliation through Jesus
