Why go to College ? Why do you need college to be successful ? Why is college so expensive ? These type of ideas about college have haunted me for so long and for a long time I fought a mental battle between going to college and not going. I dreaded the idea of going to college and thought that I didn't need it. I knew that senior year that everyone wanted to know what your major is and the name of the college that we would attend in the fall of next year when we graduate. I had hated it when people asked me questions like “what college do you want to go to” or “have you been looking at colleges”, and I would answer “ I don't know yet” or that “I'm still looking around”.
