Introduction
The one thing that I think would benefit me the most to help me progress throughout my career would be to analyze and forecast the pricing of houses. I believe learning to forecast housing prices would help me for future forecasting when I need to know what to expect when purchasing and selling housing. I currently work for the general contractor at the Navy Federal Credit Union Expansion in Pensacola, FL. I work between 70-80 hours a week, but would like to start my own business buying, renovating, and selling houses once I am finished with my MBA. I believe if I could put the same number of hours in working for myself I would see a greater return than I currently do, and would have more satisfaction doing it. Being able to understand
