In every step of my journey I have had to use time management in order to successfully complete my tasks. However, with every new step I find myself reassessing how effectively I use my time, and modify my distribution of time accordingly. For example, I recently started a new job in a different nursing setting and am finding myself juggling my time. While at my former job I felt I had basically mastered my time management skills, I am now trying hard to find a balance in effectively and efficiently distributing my time while learning my new roles.
