I’ve run, wishing to be the fastest; lifted, wishing to be the strongest; unfortunately, such intentions were, in majority, only fantasies. Though, despite never having achieved the status of star athlete throughout my athletic career, I’ve derived a great amount of invaluable experience from my time in it: experience that I’ve applied in my education as well as all other aspects of my life.
