She’s More Than Just a Women
On the outside there’s a women. On the inside there’s a story. She is a friend, a teacher, and a mother. In fact she’s more than a mother; she’s an architect, a doctor, a chef, and a counselor. She can change the life of one and sway many. We doubt her talents, and take her for granted. For nine months she develops a love for the child beneath the skin of her stomach. How can she risk everything just to love a child she can’t even hold yet? I have yet to understand my mothers’ ability to still protect and love me even after the harshest of times. One day I will understand, and my mothers’ wisdom, compassion, and drive will continue to influence me for …show more content…

She, from day one, has been driven to give me everything possible just for my happiness. She has mended her lifestyle to place her kids as her number one priority. My mom constantly reminds me of the drive I got from my dad; however she doesn’t realize the drive I achieved from her. To put it into perspective, Charles Stanley states,
“Motherhood is a great honor and privilege, yet it is also synonymous with servanthood. Every day women are called upon to selflessly meet the needs of their families. Whether they are awake at night nursing a baby, spending their time and money on less-than-grateful teenagers, or preparing meals, moms continuously put others before
