I was invited to visit Bogota with my second family and I was very happy about this fact as living with people you know is always much better than choosing to stay at featureless hotel. I live in the house with people who can show me the city from inside and tell me the facts that know only those who live in Bogota. It is precious information as you will never read it in any guide book.
As I first stepped on Bogota land from the airport, I breathed the warm air that was filled with a mixture of things this city possesses. Bogota is a place where incongruous things are mixed. It’s not a surprise as it is one of the largest cities in Latin America. I was impressed by the high level of development of the public transportation system. It is very convenient as well as cheap. The nature in Bogota is amazing. The whole city is surrounded by rock forests that are inhabited by different species like jaguars, monkeys, opossum and crocodiles and turtles in the rivers.
