In choosing the one to revise I remember thinking back to the Ballou essay and how even when I finished writing it how much I had wanted to improve it. There was a new idea I had for the essay which revolved less on the love aspect of the letter and more on how the letter is significant to people of today which I found to be a much more interesting take on the prompt.
