Personal Narrative: My Passion

The personal quality I most value about myself is my passion. Ever since I was a child I have done everything I do with shear passion. I devote myself to any project I start or activity I join, which I find of great value. For example, as a kid I enjoyed to watch cheerleaders at the high school and dreamed to be one. As of now I have been a cheerleader for five years and plan to continue next year. Cheer leading takes a lot of effort and dedication. No one without clear passion for the sport would be Learning new dances every week and practicing for hours upon hours at official practice and at home. The hours of continuous smiling at games requires a great amount of passion for what you are doing. I’m devoted and love with all my heart spreading the gospel through Young life and in our community. This summer I spent a month volunteering for Young life, which I can honestly say was the best month of my life. I dedicated an entire month of my summer to hard work with no pay, just out of the passion I have for Christ and the passion I have for the kids who would hear the gospel that month. Throughout my life I have put passion into what I believe in and love. This has helped me to love what I do and do what I love, which makes me a very happy person.
